Philadelphia University, based in the East Falls neighborhood of Philadelphia, will be working with us for the complete site work excavation for its new College of Design, Engineering and Commerce (DEC) building.

INTECH Construction, one of our valued partners, contracted us to perform a complete site work excavation package. The excavation crew will handle demolition of existing student housing, all utility relocations and all new storm, sanitary and water utilities. They will also complete 10,000 yards of cut to fill, excavation and backfill for the new building, and all final grading and paving. The crew on this project is led by Project Manager Dave Fink and Foreman Ron Krajewski, Jr.

"We are delighted to continue our work with INTECH Construction and to perform work at Philadelphia University. To be a part of the new College of Design, Engineering and Commerce building project is an honor. We take pride in working in our community and doing our part to support and encourage education in our youth," said owner Louis A. Bencardino.

According to Philadelphia University, the creation of a College of Design, Engineering, and Commerce will be at the heart of the academic experience, leading to success and leadership in the professions of design, engineering and commerce.
