Louis A. Bencardino is working for Commerce Construction on Phase 1 at The Marginal Warf. The project involves the partial removal of the inner portion of the original dock. This will allow for the installation of a sheeting wall prior to the removal of the outer dock. The existing dock was constructed with a series of interlocking wood piles that need to be removed and backfilled with clean stone before the steel soldier beams can be driven.
