Louis A. Bencardino was hired by James J. Clearkin, Inc. to complete site work at the Eye Institute for Salus University. We are performing a demo of an existing parking lot and pedestrian walkways, to allow for a new underground storm basin. After the basin is completed, a new expanded parking lot with pedestrian walkways will be installed.
