Phase two of this exciting improvement project for the Moorestown Mall entailed transforming the eastern portion of the old Macy’s department store into a Michaels retail store. Work included installing a new loading dock, installation of all new utility service lines, removal and replacement of the existing curbs and sidewalks and reconfiguration of the existing parking/drive lanes to accommodate the new tenant. Collaborating with Rycon Construction again proved to be very productive and beneficial.
