For the new Amazon facility at Ramona Avenue, Bencardino is cutting the project site down to subgrade in preparation for the new underground storm system which includes an engineered underground basin. All the excavated material will remain on the site and utilized as fill around the property. All of the underground work is in preparation for the new Amazon parking lot at the distribution center.
