At Hunter Road in Bristol, PA. Bencardino is working on land development for a 158,000 square foot warehouse.
During late October, and early in November, Bencardino is working on Phase 1:
Storm water runoff improvements to the adjacent property, as well as undercutting unsuitable materials underneath the proposed building pad to prepare for foundation installation.
