Bencardino Excavating is proud to announce that Ray Mancini has joined its construction crew as a jobsite foreman.

Mancini has been working in the excavation industry for the past 17 years. In his role as foreman, Mancini will manage the day-to-day operations at the work site. More specifically, he will handle schedules, directing the crew with daily work plans, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, contacting vendors and distributors for apparatus needs to keep the machinery running and making sure safety protocol is followed.

He is currently working at the Bencardino jobsite on the campus of Gwynedd Mercy College in Montgomery County, Pa., where the excavation company is handling the utility work and excavation for a new building at the college.

"It is a pleasure to have Ray on board with us," said Louis Bencardino, owner of Bencardino Excavating. "We are glad to have found someone with his experience and capabilities that can come in and manage a jobsite with proficiency and resourcefulness."
