Continuing to expand our portfolio Bencardino has just started excavation work at the Philadelphia International Airport. This project came from the Federal Aviation Administration's request for the Philadelphia International to update its power and communication systems.

H.B. Frazer Company, an electrical contractor company headquartered in King of Prussia, Pa., awarded Bencardino Excavating with the job to manage excavating at the airport which includes concrete encasement of duct banks, backfill and restoration of road and runway crossings.

According to Lou Bencardino, owner of Bencardino Excavating, "Working to make the Philadelphia airport's power and communications systems safe and up to regulations is a privilege for our crew. Having handled projects for the airport before, we are used to working on jobs at busy locations where our excavating contractors make sure all business continues seamlessly."
