Bencardino Excavating Contractors is performing extensive sitework at Beach Street near Graffiti Pier, a substantial parcel of land between the Delaware River and the Port Richman neighborhood in Philadelphia. The sitework being performed by Bencardino will result in a sprawling residential development with over 1000 new homes and a retail shopping area close to the river's edge.
