SITEWORK PROJECT NEAR THE TACONY PALMYRA BRIDGE TAC-PAL LOGISTICS
The Tac-Pal project is a 700,000-square-foot core and shell spec building in Palmyra, New Jersey. The job site is a repurposed municipal landfill requiring 150,000 cubic yards of site work and included utilities.
5000 RICHMOND STREET
The Bencardino team has successfully completed a range of projects including reservoirs, landfills, commercial and industrial complexes including this job; 5000 Richmond Street in Philadelphia, PA. 5000 Richmond contains two 500,000 square feet buildings. Bencardino started by importing 200,000 cubic yards of fill dirt to bring the job site to sub grade. We milled the current blacktop which was stockpiled and was later repurposed on site.
